This position at BPL Medical Technologies (P) Ltd will be responsible for providing support in the various HR functions, which include talent acquisition and talent engagement initiatives, training & Development , Performance monitoring & Employee counseling.
Reporting to Head HR, the executive achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers. He / She participates as a business partner and provides advice and support to supervisors and ensures they have accurate and timely information in order to make effective decisions.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Work with hiring managers on Manpower Requirements & Manpower planning & Budgeting
Create Job Descriptions
Creation of a recruiting & interviewing plan for each position
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions within defined timelines
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Research & recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
Post openings in available channels / subscribed portals / other relevant media as & when required
Manage the use of recruiters and headhunters.
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
Conduct pre-screening interviews, telephonic / personal.
Conduct assessments for every role candidates based on their JDs and coordinate on the scores obtained.
Coordinate on interview schedules of outstation candidates / outstation requirements with the relevant regional managers
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the recruitment tracker.
Perform reference and background checks for potential employees.
Prepare & forward / email rejection letters.
Prepare and send offer letters.
Follow-up with candidates on their joining date and documentations / employment related records
Vendor Management Interact with vendors, get the best rates and best service possible from the vendors, identify alternatives as & when required.
Employee Orientation & Engagement
Manage joining formalities for all new joinees, on site and at HO in a very efficient & systematic manner.
Ensure all new joinees are inducted and are presented the formal induction presentation by their reporting managers for onsite and to personally deliver it for Bangalore based employees
Ensure all employee related necessary documentation are collected from the new joinees
Prepare appointment letters and issue them to the employees alongwith their job descriptions
Manage the work facilities requirements, HR assets & Benefits distribution for all new joinees.
o Company provided assets disbursement, maintaining trackers of asset inventory
o ID Card, Business Cards, Log-in IDs generation for various entities
o Collection of details for salary accounts creation
o Ensure employee awareness on benefits given and coordinate on successful administration of benefits like medical insurance / accident insurance etc
o Coordinate with the service providers on smooth transaction related to benefits administration
Ensure all new joinees receive proper orientation from their respective managers.
Implementation and enforcement of policies of the organization
Prepare welcome notes of employees and send it to all members of the Organization
Responsible for employee on-boarding process till they complete 3 months in the organization
Conduct one-on-one reviews wherever required to understand issues/ concerns/ collect suggestions / opinion etc from new joinees and reporting managers
Designing & Implementation of Engagement Calendar & Activities with other Team members
To drive Activities of engagements weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annually as per the engagement calendar alongwith other Team members
Interact with employees on a regular basis, gather feedback on policies, role requirements etc
To motivate by engaging the employees for better performance and cultural alignment.
To implement ideas on R&R (Reward and Recognition Program) alongwith other team members.
Resolve employee issues as & when they arise. Co-ordinate with the other team member to iron out any HR operational issues.
To prepare reports regularly on:
o Benefits / assets tracker
o Maintenance of Recruitment Tracker. Prepare weekly report and update to the Manager
o Maintenance of Recruitment critical number tracker / Open position tracker
o Other reports related to the HR function as & when required
o Abreast with requirements from the system and analyse data, converting them into inputs required for HR strategic decisions.
Salary: INR 4,50,000 - 6,00,000 P.A.
